The Rural House is located in the Murcian district of Los Valientes, in the foothills of the Sierra de Espada, belonging to Molina del Segura.

The house dates back to the 19th century and has been restored and adapted to offer tenants all the comforts without neglecting the history of this accommodation, preserving the stone walls.

The entrance is a Mediterranean style arched porch surrounded by grove where you can enjoy the breeze and tranquility at your patio table.

This rural accommodation is distributed over one floor for a total of 8 people. On the first floor we find a large living room presided over by a brick fireplace and a wooden table for the enjoyment of 8 diners. Adjacent to this is a small living room for reading or relaxing, with board games and a library.

It has a large kitchen fully equipped and decorated with clay tiles in harmony with the wood of the kitchenware. It has a large window that, thanks to its location, lets in light throughout the day.

With a total of 4 double rooms, guests can be divided between their 2 rooms with double beds and their 2 rooms with single beds. It also has 2 bathrooms: one of them next to the bedrooms and another in the patio, adapted for people with disabilities. The double room has a television. The decoration of these facilities is simple and has views of the porch or patio.

Outside we have a large swimming pool, a barbecue and a car wash. It has almost 12,000m² to enjoy a walk through this farm where native trees are the main protagonists. The patio has a full bathroom available to renters.

Los Valientes is a district that is surrounded by the Sierra de Espada, the Sierra del Lugar and the Rambla Salada, landscapes that are worth enjoying.

Parish Church of Nuestra Señora de las Mercedes this has characteristic elements from the 16th and 17th centuries.

Also in the capital of the region, Molina del Segura we can see the Almohad wall from the 11th and 12th centuries and the Casa Cárcel that dates back to the 17th century
The owners of the house have a guide book about the Ricote Valley, a beautiful natural landscape that is dotted with towns of Arab influence like Ricote itself. In this town you can visit its most emblematic monuments such as the Church of San Sebastián from the 18th century, built and decorated following the baroque style, and the Palacio de Llamas which stands out for its façade, stairs and grilles.
