Casa Rural Lo de Carta

The house is located in the town of Arafo, Santa Cruz de Tenerife, and has a capacity for up to 10 people. The style of the house is typical of the area, it is on one level with wood ceilings and tile and white walls.

Guests are divided into 3 bedrooms, one of them triple, fully equipped and with their beds dressed in full. From inside you can see the wooden beams that support the roof, which contrasts strikingly with the white of the walls. All bedrooms are spacious and maintain an ideal temperature in both summer and winter. In addition, guests have 2 extra beds, completing a capacity of 10 people.

The house has a living room furnished with a sofa and several colonial-style armchairs, which are located in front of the fireplace. It is an ideal environment to sit and enjoy the warmth of the fire with friends or family. The decoration is of rural style and the motifs and images typical of the area abound.

It has a dining room with wooden table and a fully equipped kitchen with the necessary appliances and utensils to feel at home. We have 2 bathrooms, both complete and have toilet products.

All rooms of the house have wooden floor, so warmth and comfort is guaranteed throughout the year. They also have heating.

In the outside of the house is located the barbecue and the furnished garden. It is in an environment of native nature and vegetation full of life; including a large vineyard that surrounds the house. The patio in front of the house serves as a path to the back where there is a large cellar and a traditional wine press. It is a space where you can taste the wines that we grow on the farm itself.

From the garden you can appreciate the wonderful views of the mountains, valleys and coasts. It is located in an isolated area, so it is a place to disconnect and live close to an experience full of nature and life. Being about 500 meters above sea level, you can see wonderful views of the surroundings.

We have a XX exclusive parking area for guests and access to the house is signposted.

The house is in the municipality of Arafo, a town located about 460 meters above sea level. It has as heritage El Molino and Los Lavaderos, places with good Ethnological; and the historic sites of La Casona on the corner of Los Carros and Lo de Ramos. In the middle of Arafo is the Church of San Juan Degollado.

It has several protected areas as it is located within the Natural Park of Corona Forestal and the protected landscape of Siete Lomas. It is also a bird protection site. Virtually all these places are suitable for hiking; There are also several routes for bike rides.

The main attractions are the Playa de Lima, where you can see the houses built inside the mountain.
