Casa Rural La Residencia de Villar

The accommodation is located in Villar del Olmo, a municipality of the Community of Madrid, and is in the urban area and has views of the mountain and nature of the front. It is a house with 2 floors with a capacity for 9 people distributed in 4 rooms:

• A room with a double bed
• 2 rooms with 2 single beds each
• Another room with a double bed and an individual

On the ground floor of the house is the spacious dining room, which consists of a charming iron and wood table from the DKD factory with capacity for 10 people seated comfortably.

The kitchen is next to the dining room table equipped with all the appliances and utensils necessary to feel comfortable.
On the ground floor there is also the spacious living room , which has a sofa with matching armchairs, a coffee table manufactured by DKD and a wood-burning fireplace that gives warmth and personality both to the living room itself and to the home.

The decoration of the entire ground floor is rural, with stone walls and brick columns; in addition to a matching brown ceramic floor. The walls are light colors and it is a bright environment.

The full bathroom is also located on the ground floor.

In the first floor is another full bathroom and the 4 bedrooms. All beds come with their pillows and sheets; while the rooms have bedside tables and a large wooden wardrobe.

The rooms are spacious, diaphanous and bright. The windows are large and allow a good passage of light.

In the outdoor area is the patio with roofed brick barbecue. It has some swings and enough space to distract us and be comfortable. We also have terraces.

The house is located in Villar del Olmo, a municipality of about 1900 inhabitants and is to the east of the Community of Madrid. One of the most picturesque buildings is the Town Hall, located in the Plaza Mayor of Villar del Olmo, which is about 50 meters from the house.

Villar del Olmo is located in the so-called "Alcarria Madrileña", which is located on the border between Castilla La Mancha and Madrid. From the house you can see the Valle del Arroyo la Vega.

If you feel like taking a walk around the area, just 4 kilometers away is the Vía Verde del Tajuña. This road has about 60 kilometers of bike lanes. Through this route you can visit Arganda del Rey, the municipalities of Perales de Tajuña, Tielmes, Ambite and Carabaña among others.

Near the house there are a couple of sports centers where you can find tennis courts, paddle tennis, soccer or basketball. In addition, from the town center there are guided tours around the surroundings.
