Description of Casa Rural La Perla
Our rural house is located in Hiendalaencia, a municipality of just 120 inhabitants located in the north of the province of Guadalajara.
It is a perfect destination to rest without leaving too far from the city, as they separate us only 64 km from Guadalajara and a little more than one hour from Madrid.
Aware of the importance of taking care of the environment, both in the rooms and in the rest of the house, we use organic products to minimize the negative impact on the environment and on health.
We have a total of 6 rooms, divided between the first and second floors:

The rooms on the first floor are matrimonial, one of them on a terrace overlooking the garden.

The rooms on the second floor are attic, with 2 of them with a double bed, and the other 2 with single beds.
Our rooms are decorated with romantic and elegant details, generating a warm atmosphere that will make that you relax nothing more to enter.
In common areas, you can use:-
Reading out. It is a room designed for social gatherings or readings, since it has a library with books for all tastes, and a fireplace to accompany them in the more fresh days of the year.

Dining room. In this space you can taste breakfasts made with fresh and natural products, in addition to requesting snacks or dinners.
- Interior garden. Outside, you will find landscaped spaces full of vegetation, with sun loungers and furniture for relaxation. For absolute relaxation, we offer massage and body treatments with which to de-stress and return to the routine as new.

Dining room. In this space you can taste breakfasts made with fresh and natural products, in addition to requesting snacks or dinners.

I'm Isabelle, your hostess at La Perla.
I wanted to give my rural house a lot of personality and I decorated and equipped bringing furniture and objects of my French family to give this touch "French" so chic and so nice.
I prepare breakfasts with family recipes of jams and cakes or for dinners: always thinking of offering the best of me for your best enjoyment and rest.

What the owner pinpoints on the property
The house is designed to be a haven of peace. Comfort is guaranteed as well as tranquility and rest with textures and soft colors and quality materials with organic and local products.
We live in a unique environment. A town of 60 inhabitants (but with doctor, bakery, pharmacy, bar and restaurant) of rich and famous mining past (silver mines) .
We are also in the natural park Sierra Norte de Guadalajara where we have very nice medieval towns (Atienza, Sigüenza ...), other slate (Black Architecture), Romanesque churches, swamps where one can bathe, hiking trails, walks by bike (free bike at home), the best roasted kid in the area and fantastic wineries. And at home we offer, in addition to breakfasts and dinners, massages, tourist information, entrance management ....

What to do in its surroundings?
Our town, Hiendelaencina, houses the richest and most famous silver mines in Spain in the 19th and early 20th centuries: now you can visit a museum dedicated to this activity, see remains of mines ....
We are in a strategic place:
20 minutes north: the medieval village of Atienza, where the Romanesque route also starts
20 minutes south: the town of Cogolludo with a Renaissance ducal palace (period of the Catholic Monarchs) and a winery that makes a special wine
45 min west: Valverde de los Arroyos and the Black Architecture route
45 minutes east: Sigüenza historical and gastronomic reference (2 restaurants with 1 Michelin star)
At 10 min we have a swamp and fishing places without death-
