Casa Rural La Cuca

The Rural House has a traditional appearance and is located in the urban nucleus of Lerín (southwest of Estella-Lizarra), a town of around 2,000 inhabitants, found on a frozen Roca and neighbor of the Ega river.

This house has a maximum capacity to welcome 16 people and can be rented by rooms or in full.

Each of the rooms of the house is very wide; They are distributed as follows:

• In the basement we find a wonderful spa with jacuzzi with chromotherapy and bubble bed designed to measure for housing
• In the Panta low the cuisine-dining room, the room and a toilet
• The first floor is divided into the living room and 2 double bedrooms, each with bathroom
• The second has a library and 2 double bedrooms with bathroom
• The third and last, the plant under cover consists of: living room for reading and a double room with bathroom

The halls have chimney, two in total, and television. All rooms offer Internet connection ( wifi ) and bedrooms have bedding, comfortable and/or cabinets.

The kitchen is fully equipped with two long tables with more than 14 chairs, lavaser, dishwasher, coffee makers, microwave, oven, induction kitchen, toaster, squeezer and aote, among other utensils.

The rooms are very spacious and are divided into 2 types: suite and deluxe.
The suites are a total of 3 bedrooms and are composed of:

• Bedroom with 2 beds and possibility of adding 2 supplementary beds in each one.
• Living room with television, sofas, mini bar, coffee maker and microwave
• Bathroom with shower, dryer, drylands, etc

The Deluxe are 3 and are equipped with:

• Bedroom with 2 beds
• Bathroom with shower, dryer, drylands, etc

This accommodation, like the Tahona rural houses, has a peculiarity that crosses it: a huge quartz vein.

The house is very well cared for and decorated with works of art. In addition, it meets the characteristics that a downtly sustainable house has. It is ideal for groups or couples.

• Visit to Cuevas de Lerín (Cuevas del Aguachal)
• Visit winery wine and tasting
• Route of Dams and Natural Sources: Source of the Salada Water, Fuente de los Enamorados, source of the sick
• Visit to the abandoned people of Baigorri
• Old mill

Among the Lerin Routes, we find:

• Ascent to the Altos de San Marcos (7 kilometers)
• Ascent to Cerro Gabizgordo, of little difficulty and with a sample of the native vegetation (oaks and complains)

The EGA River is close to the house, next to which we find the Hermitage and rebuilt of Our Lady La Blanca.

In addition, as historical heritage there are numerous blast houses and certain palatisus; a parish house and a baroque building.

Next to the Church, the “ Fuerte Cazorla ” building is the only historic. This is an ideal viewpoint, since it is the highest place in the town.

At 15 km, the Memory Park is found in Tartaguda and 20 km the green via of the Basque-Navarro railroad where you can walk.
