Casa Rural Cortea

The house, renovated and in a Navarrese style, is located in the small town of Oteiza de Berrioplano, 10 km from Pamplona.

It is a cozy and modern house whose architecture is traditional: its structure is made of wood and the walls are made of stone, that is, a characteristic appearance of the area.
If we enter this beautiful accommodation we discover that it has 3 floors and 2 independent and attached houses, with the option of renting them separately or the house as a whole. Its capacity allows it to accommodate a maximum of 12 guests plus 2 extra.

Both houses have 6 places with a super bed and a cot as an addition free of charge. In their common areas there are:

• A toilet
• A playroom with children's toys
• An office kitchen where the washing machine, dryer, dishwasher and kitchenware is located for the convenience of not going down kitchenware from the first floor.
• A shared garden, with furniture, a children's sandpit and two mobile barbecue
• A parking area
• A fireplace

The ground floor is common for both houses. The first house, Casa Cortea I, is located on the west side, r has a balcony, the living room, as well as in two rooms, including the main one that has its own bathroom and has 3 rooms with sloping ceilings on the second floor of the House. While Casa Cortea II also has 3 attic bedrooms. On the first floor are the very well equipped kitchens as well as a spacious living room with different environments and a toilet per house, capable of accommodating a group of 18 people as it has kitchenware for such number of guests

The house is a privileged place to enjoy the tranquility, the unique experiences that a small town offers you and the services of a city, due to its proximity to Berriozar or Pamplona.

This accommodation is perfect for meetings or stays of friends or families, who will enjoy a nice and cozy corner in Navarra.

Among the activities para disfturar in the area we find: paintball, horseback riding, mountaineering, golf, gastronomic routes, trekking, hiking, sailing, canoeing and surfing. It is recommended to climb Eltxumendi mountain.

Just 4 km from the house we find a climbing wall which to practice climbing and rope circuits.

The area is a perfect place for excursions in the province of Navarra.

Near the village is the Monastery of the Sagrada Familia de Bordeaux and a Romanesque church surrounded by a rest area, wooded and with a picnic area.

The Pamplona basin offers a landscape formed by cereal fields, centuries-old forests, green meadows, mountains, mountains and rivers.

At 10 kilometers we find the city of Pamplona, at 17km the Robledal de Orgi, a thousand-year-old forest of great ecological importance. You can also visit one of the spirituality centers of the province: the Sanctuary of San Miguel de Aralar, a Romanesque temple in the Sierra de Aralar, where you can enjoy a spectacular panorama.
