Casa rural La Casona de Monterrey

Already in the exterior, we have:

• a few gardens for which you will be able to walk, which have a extension of 5,000 meters, where you will find furniture functional.

• a broad porch, equipped with wooden banks and cushions, to enjoy the views of the pool zone, just in front and surrounded by hammocks.

Our accommodation is within the Community of Madrid and specifically, within the population of Cotos de Monterrey, that has a special charm.

It is a quiet house where coexists the rustic with the modern, and where you will be able to disconnect inside a corner with the best views of nature.

As for the capacity, the house that has high ceilings and with 85 meters square, is designed for the enjoyment of a maximum 8 people that they will find:

• A wide diaphanous space at the entrance in which we find the lounge area, which communicates with the kitchen and that has a pair of sofas that make it shape, around some white auxiliary tables and from which you can see the television furniture.

• Just in front of the room at the room we find the dining and kitchen zone, composed of a wide round table of wood next to the chimney in forge, and in front of which is the countertop, with cabinets in which we have the set of the elements of the and the appliances.

• 2 Bathrooms complete, in which you will find among the toilets a wide shower in each case, with its corresponding screen and with several towels.

• 3 wide bedroom furniture practical.
