Casa Rural La Brezosa

The Rural House La Brezosa is located in the village of Villavieja de Yelpes, in the Salamanca region of Abadengo.

The facade of this accommodation fits with the architecture of traditional quarry. The house dates from 1810 with a complete restoration in 2010.

The entrance to the rural house reveals the total distribution. On the first floor, with ceilings wooden beams, is a cozy living room with a table for 6 people. It has fireplace for winter days. The kitchen is fully equipped with wooden cabinets and all kinds of appliances.

The rooms are located on the second floor. It has a capacity for 10 people that can be distributed in 2 bedrooms with double beds and 3 double bedrooms. All rooms have a built-in wardrobe and a minimalist decoration characterized by cobbled walls and wooden beam ceiling. The larger double room also has a small balcony overlooking the town.

The bathroom is simple, and incorporates shower and washbasin, both integrated perfectly with wooden furniture.
