Casa Rural Javier

The house is located in the town of Valmuel, Teruel, and is a large and spacious accommodation with capacity for up to 17 people. It is fully furnished with all the comforts we need. It is an ideal space to travel with family or friends. It is rented in its entirety.

It is a 2-story house that also has two separate accommodations; two apartments completely independent of the house, both with bathroom.

All the beds in the house come dressed and with their pillows. Likewise, the rooms have bedside tables and closets where we can store our belongings without any problem.

On theground floorof the main house there are 2 equipped rooms.

The kitchen/dining room comes with all the appliances, kitchenware and utensils that we need to be comfortable. In the kitchen there is also a table with capacity for 10 people and another small one.

On the ground floor is one of the bathrooms of the house.

On the first floor of the house we find 3 complete bedrooms and an equipped bathroom. All rooms are bright and spacious.

The house is air-conditioned thanks to heat pumps, 3 on the ground floor and one on the upper floor. The entire facility has internet connection and there is a collection of games.

The independent apartment has 2 large rooms. One of them is for 4 people and the other for a maximum of 6 people, 2 of them in an extra bed. Each room comes equipped with basic appliances. They are also air conditioned.

On the outside there is a large patio-garage. It is an ideal space for meetings, meals and celebrations. It has an outdoor barbecue, we offer firewood. It also has a small kitchen with 2 gas stoves.

Next to thebarbecuethere is a table with chairs and spaces where we can relax.

We offer breakfast, lunch and dinner service.

We have parking areas and access to the house is free.

The accommodation is located in the town of Valmuel, in Teruel, which has about 170 inhabitants during the year. One of the most important festivals is celebrated on January 17, in honor of San Antón. Themain festival is July 25, in honor of Santiago Apóstol (James the Greater).

In the neighboring town of Alcañiz you can visit the medieval undergrounds. A well-preserved construction where you can learn a lot about the history of the region.

One of the most visited natural sites is the Chiprana Salt Lagoon, which is within the Natural Reserve of the same name.
