Our accommodation is within the Basque province of Vizcaya, where you will be able to enjoy the best comforts, in a quiet area such as Markina-Xemein.

It is a charming country house, in which you are able to enjoy tranquility that gives it to be in the middle of the green areas, and where you will have all the comforts.

As for the capacity of this 2 -storey accommodation, there is room for a maximum of 12 people, that they will be able to enjoy all the rooms. On the ground floor, we have:

• A dining kitchen, in which we find orange walls as a conductive thread, and where it is on the one hand, a countertop full of appliances and chesting, with a island in the center with the rest of the elements so you can cook as home. At the bottom of this stay, a dining table in wood in front of the windows.

• A broad room, in which we have a set of armchairs to enjoy relaxing afternoons of the chimney of firewood in the front, next to a furniture with the plasma television.

• a bedroom equipped with a large marriage bed perfectly dressed in sheets and blankets, and in a space where also, the windows provide a lot of light.

• A bathroom complete in which you will find all kinds of sanitary, as well as several towels.

• a txoko where you will be able to gather all, enjoying the meetings.

The upper floor is distributed in:

• 3 wide bedrooms, of which there is one that is the main one in which the marriage bed is located and in the same space, we have a bathroom. the second has a couple of individual beds, and in the last case, there are 3 individual beds. You can add up to 3 supplementary beds.

• A full bathroom, in which the hydromassage bathtub is located among the toilets, as well as several games of towels.

Already in the external areas, we have:

• A pleasant terrace with table and chairs, next to a space in which we have a work barbecue and paellera for cooking abroad.

• A porch at the entrance, also with furniture, as well as a landscaped space in which the pool season is located, available from July to September.

Our accommodation is within the Vizcaya area, in which you will be able to enjoy the tranquility in the population of Markina-Xemein.

It is a space very close to the general road and with a good asphalting access, where you will also enjoy spectacular landscapes, and the proximity to the different points of interest.

Among the natural areas that you can visit, we highlight the beaches of Ondarroa and Lekeitio, at 7 and 10 minutes respectively, in addition to being very close to the Urdaibai Biosphere Reserve.
