Description of Caserío Sautu Goikoa
This accommodation is a farmhouse built in Orozko (Vizcaya) in 1937, which has been renovated to offer the best facilities during your stay in the countryside of the Basque Country. It can accommodate up to 6 people in these rooms:
The house is situated on a field of deep green grass where cows once grazed. The house has a huge garden that has a porch and a gazebo, as well as several sun loungers to use as a solarium. There is also a barbecue that will allow you to organize a good grilling feast with your friends.
- 3 bedrooms with one double bed each. The bedrooms have brown, white and gray painted walls and parquet floors. Double beds are wide and comfortable with warm bedding and some blankets. There are various decorations in the room, such as a wooden nightstand, dressers or other decorations. Sometimes there are plants such as a small cactus that give joy to the room. All have a window that gives a lot of light and has views of the meadow.
- One bedroom with 2 single beds. This room is designed for children to sleep in, since the beds are small. One of the walls is made of carved stone painted white so that the relief of the materials is noticeable despite the layer of paint. There is a small wardrobe and a tall dresser to store your travel clothes.
- 3 bathrooms. The bathrooms are stately as well as modern in appearance. In one of them there is a whirlpool bathtub, surrounded by blue tiles. In this bathroom there is also a brownish armchair next to the toilet, which has a wooden top. There are various plant ornaments, plus a bathroom mirror sink. In the other bathrooms there is a shower tray with sliding glass screens. They are quite spacious and bright spaces. There is usually a wooden bathroom cabinet under the sink, and the mirror has a couple of bulbs to illuminate it.
- Hall. The large gray sofas arranged perpendicularly around the furniture of the flat screen television stand out. One of the wooden and stone beams intersects in the middle of the living room. Under the stairs there is a corner with a single gray armchair and a small reading table. Near the entrance to the kitchen there is an antique desk with many drawers on which are various decorations such as a small lamp, information brochures and a plant. It is also accompanied by a mirror framed in a thick square of wood.
- Kitchen. It has a wooden dining table with chairs and space for 6 people. There is a wood and brick worktop with a couple of stools that serve as a breakfast table, next to a white wooden cupboard that provides access to the kitchen space itself. The cabinets and drawers are all made of dark wood. There is a double sink under the window, which gives light to the room. It also has a oven and a hob for cooking, as well as a large refrigerator.
