Description of Casa Rural Diez Leguas
The Diez Leguas rural house is located immersed in the Sierra de Gredos,, more specifically, in the town of Hoyos del Espino (Ávila). Thanks to this location, our accommodation enjoys incredible views.
Recently renovated and decorated in a practical and elegant way, the house is structured in two floors with different and spacious rooms:
The accommodation also has a covered parking with seven spaces for our clients' vehicles.
Recently renovated and decorated in a practical and elegant way, the house is structured in two floors with different and spacious rooms:
- Living room: a large room with two parts, one dining room with tables and chairs; and also a living area with sofas, a small table, a fireplace and a plasma television with Canal Plus, DVD and Play Station.
- Kitchen: fully equipped with washing machine, oven, microwave, ceramic hob, hood, refrigerator, kitchenware and utensils to cook without problems.
- 5 rooms: each with its own bedding and its own modern style bathroom. All are doubles, three with two single beds and two with double beds.
The accommodation also has a covered parking with seven spaces for our clients' vehicles.

It is a family house, without intermediaries, which aims to offer the possibility of knowing the beautiful town of Hoyos del Espino (Avila) located in the beautiful Sierra de Gredos.
We intend that our guests take the house as if it were theirs and enjoy it in the same way.
What the owner pinpoints on the property
The dimensions of the house, both the common areas and the rooms, comfort, and that also has the breathtaking views of the Sierra de Gredos, accompanied by a rich barbecue, make the weekend with family / friends is unforgettable.
Another advantage of the house is the proximity to the platform of Gredos as well as the possibility of taking nature walks on foot or on horseback and other activities available to do alone or accompanied.
We do not forget the different events that take place throughout the year such as the Piorno en flor or the summer concert of "Músicos en la naturaleza".

Diez Leguas is a town with just under 400 inhabitants, a quiet and perfect place to visit the Regional Park of the Sierra de Gredos and for the summer months there are also some natural pools very close to it. And if we want to know a little more about Hoyos del Espino, we can visit the Marian Sanctuary of the Church of Nuestra Señora del Espino, the hermitage-chapel of the Sacred Heart, the mythical statue of the mountain goat, the old clock of the school built in the 1920s or the Gothic transept.
