The rural house is an old house of more than 100 years that was rehabilitated en the year 2008. The rural accommodation has 100m2 in 2 heights, is full rental and can accommodate between 2 and 6 people.

The ground floor of the house is distributed in a diaphanous area where the living room, the dining room and the kitchen are concentrated, and then there is a separate toilet.

The part of the living room there is a large sofa-bed in front of the fireplace, and between them there is a coffee table. To the left of the fireplace there are 2 wooden chairs with cushions, and to the right of it there is a wooden cabinet where the LCD television of 32 " and the DVD is located The living room surface is 30m2

The kitchen is separated from the living room by a bookcase with furniture and shelves. In the kitchen we find a round table with wicker chairs, and wardrobe at different heights. It is equipped with appliances as oven, washing machine, etc. and has appliances as microwave, coffee maker, toaster, etc.

In the upper part of the house there are 2 rooms and a full bathroom.

The 2 rooms have single beds de 0,90m, one of them with the beds together and another one with the separated beds. Both have fitted wardrobes.

Outside the house there is a parking area.

The rural house is located at Navaluenga, a town in the heritage city of Ávila.

Navaluenga is a villa of interior baths, thanks to the Alberche river and the Burguillo reservoir.

Between 20 and 30 kilometers from the town there are 2 valleys where you can go to spend the day, these are the Alberche and Iruelas. In both you can see animals such as the black vulture or the multitude of trees that make up the area.

Ávila is located 38km from here. There you can visit from the Walls to the rest of the monuments that make up the city.

At 60km we find the Sierra de Gredos and the Valle del Tiétar. Each one has its peculiarities, such as the fauna, flora, peaks and valleys that make up the Sierra, or the fruit trees of the Valley.
