Do you want to live an authentic rural experience? Accompanied by nature, our house with mountain views offers the most modern facilities that combine with the rock environment of the district of Coto Ríos.
Its proximity to the Guadalquivir River, among other tributaries, allows you to cool off in a natural bathing area that is ideal for children and in addition, we are lucky to be among the area that forms the Natural Park of the Sierras de Cazorla, Segura and Las Villas.
With a capacity of 10 people maximum, the house has enough space for large groups and large families who want to take a getaway to the south of the peninsula. Its 100 m2 are divided into the following rooms:

- Very elegant, a rustic living room will welcome you to invite you to rest inside. It is thought out down to the last detail, with wooden furniture and leather sofas that create a cozy, yet sophisticated atmosphere. The seats facing each other are separated by an auxiliary table, right in front of the flat screen television where you can follow that current series that you like so much.
- The kitchen follows the same careful style, very spacious to prepare delicious dishes with the greatest possible comfort. Around the counter we have distributed the kitchenware, it has a lot of variety, as well as the drawers where the dishes are stored. The appliances blend perfectly with the classic design of the entire house, there are some larger ones like the oven, smaller ones like the coffee maker, and even some that will make things easier for you like the dishwasher.
- There are 5 rooms in total, two of them with 2 single beds, another two with a normal double bed and the last one with a large double bed, for wider sleeping. The glass doors give access to the balconies, small corners where you can get some fresh air. They also have dressing rooms with full-length mirrors and even a desk where you can read or work.
- There are 2 bathrooms that will provide you with a moment of relaxation under the shower or in the bathtub, also with jacuzzi. A real luxury! There is one that is larger, with double sink and a mirror that takes up most of the wall. So that you feel that homely atmosphere that lives in every house, we have included towels and essentials, you will not lack anything.
- There is also a small living room with a fireplace and sink next to it that can have various functionalities. You can share the table in the wooden dining room or watch the television that hangs right in front.
- Several terraces are located throughout the house, both on the upper floor and on the outskirts next to the entrance. In them you can find chill outs where you can enjoy long conversations in the summer and spectacular views of the mountains from the top of the building.

We are also very close to another reserve, the Sierra de Castril Natural Park. Its main protagonist is the river with which it shares its name and the area is framed by mountains and extensive vegetation. If you like adventures, spending time among the flora and fauna of this place will be an experience that will be difficult to forget.
Surrounded by a quiet environment, our accommodation is included within an urbanization of white houses with some restaurants where you can try the local cuisine and spaces where you can walk to completely disconnect accompanied by the fresh air of the southern breeze.
