Casa Pequeño Huésped

We are in Villasexmir, a municipality located in the province of Valladolid.With very easy to the capital by good road and only 20 minutes.

The house we present to you is perfect for the families with children, having the ability to host groups of a maximum of 14 people. 

Aware of the importance of caring for the environment, in the decoration of the house we have reused ancient objects, some of which have more than 100 years.

The rooms inside are distributed around a Castilian patio, in which the pieda and adobe used in its construction are preserved. 

From the patio, you will access:

• 7 rooms. We have 5 double bedrooms, with marriage or simple bed; a triple, with individual beds, and one with capacity for 4 people. Some of the rooms are decorated with children's motifs.

• 4 bathrooms. In the bathrooms you will find the basic equipment for hygiene, and a cheerful decoration. One of them is adapted for people with reduced mobility. 

• cuisine. It is equipped with everything necessary for the day to day, including small and large appliances, including washing machine and microwave. 

• lounge abuhardillado.

• dining room with long table.

To enjoy the patio to the fullest, in it you will find a barbecue and garden furniture (table and chairs). 

The house is in a quiet environment away from noise and pollution but, at the same time, close to everything: a few minutes is a municipal sports center, with a swimming pool for summer seasons, in addition to bars and restaurants in which to enjoy local gastronomy. 

Walking through the streets of the town, you will discover monuments as beautiful as the Church of Our Lady of the Assumption, Mudejar style; and the hermitage of the Christ of Agony, with a baroque altarpiece inside. 

The people of Villasexir are part of the region of the Montes Torozos, an ideal environment to enjoy outdoor activities such as hiking and horse riding routes. 

If you are fond of oenology, you will love to know that in the region in which we are born not only one, but up to 4 denominations of origin: that of Toro, that of Ribera de Dueo, the Rueda, and the Cigales. Do not miss the opportunity to visit a winery and try the best broths.
