Graus is a town in Huesca where Aragonese is still a local language. It is cataloged as a historical-artistic complex since 1975 and in its historic center you can see the Bridge of the Pascasia, built in the 12th century on Roman remains. This bridge gives access to the oldest neighborhood of the town where the Plaza Mayor is, which has the shape of an irregular pentagon.
On the outskirts of this town there is a paleolithic site known as Las Forcas, where many everyday utensils have been found, such as plates and tools that are currently found in the archaeological museum of Huesca.
Following a road that leaves the village is the Buddhist monastery of Dag Shang Kagyu, a temple located in the middle of the forest which is worth approaching even if only to appreciate the peace and tranquility that is breathed there.
