Casa Mila

Casa Mila is a rural house of a single floor located in Teruel. This accommodation, with a capacity of between 5 and 8 people, also has barbaoca work in the garden.

The house is distributed on the same floor:

- 3 rooms: 1 individual and the other 2 doubles. Of the double bedrooms, one has twin beds and the other one a double bed.
- 2 services, one of them with a bathtub and the other with a shower tray.
- A spacious dining room, with modern wooden furniture and a comfortable sofa (convertible into a bed that completes the available spaces of the house) .
- Reformed kitchen and fully equipped, furnished in wood and with a door that connects with the terrace.

The house, which has heating center l, has all the amenities of today, such as appliances, television ... etc.

The exterior allows you to enjoy the landscape. With an asphalted garden and a brick barbecue, the fenced area surrounding the house is for outdoor dining. In addition, patio tables and chairs located on the porch, finish furnishing the exterior space.

The house is located in the center , and has a fully paved access, so it is very easy to reach.

The rural house is located in a small town in Teruel: Jarque del Val. This municipality is surrounded by different and surprising natural landscapes, as well as having in itself several tourist attractions.

Jarque del Val is a town of the District of the Mining Basins. This town has a Town Hall that has been declared Cultural Interest Item, in addition to an old Church, the parish of the Assumption, with a tall tower that crowns the town.

The house is surrounded by different natural landscapes, such as the ravines of Organos de Montoro or Pitarque. This area, very rich in river passages, is filled with rocks transformed by water, springs.

In this zone of Maestrazgo, you can observe a great variety of animal species, such as the bearded vulture or the vultures, and also beautiful contrasts of vegetation.
