Description of Casa Melchor
In 2006 we built the rural house and in 2015 we renovated it, giving it a much more modern touch with American-style decoration. A large house in which you can spend a perfect vacation with your family or group of friends.
The accommodation is distributed over 2 floors in which you have the best services, always taking care of all the details.
On the ground floor we have:
It has a 90 square meter cellar/txoko which is the leisure room. It has a large living room with a dining table , much larger than the one upstairs. This will allow you to prepare meals in a group. Several sofas surround a giant television where you can watch movies and a wood-burning fireplace that gives a very cozy feel to the room. The highlight is a brick bar and a kitchen, also equipped. We offer you the possibility that your stay in this house is above all family-oriented and full of good times and where you can demonstrate your skills in traditional games such as table football and frog..
Outside the house you have a garden where we have set up a small table and chairs so that you can also be outdoors resting and enjoying the company while you taste the typical dishes of the area prepared on our outdoor barbecue. Tenants have a free wine tasting at the Marqués de Montecierzo wineries in Castejón.

- A living room decorated in yellow tones and brick on its walls and which we wanted to divide into 2 areas. On the one hand the dining area with a large wooden table and on the other hand the sofa area, with a low table. The fireplace and a large clock on the wall add a lot of elegance to the decoration. The large windows in the room allow in a lot of light. It also has a comfortable 2-seater sofa bed.
- The kitchen is very complete thanks to all the appliances that we leave available. All the wooden furniture is very well integrated with the refrigerator or microwave. You also have a very original high table attached to the wall and several stools. A practical and different way to eat.
- The 3 bedrooms and the 2 bathrooms are provided with sets of sheets, blankets and towels. The beds are comfortable, perfect for rest. The rooms have a very cheerful decoration in blue, purple and peach tones. Quilts full of shapes that add a touch of modernity. You have closets and various furniture to organize all your belongings.
- There is a bedroom with double bed, which also has its private bathroom inside.
- There is also a room with bunk beds, with the lower bed being a double bed (1.35 m) and the upper one being a single bunk bed.
- The last room has 2 single beds.

We are Maricruz and Fifo, in charge of making your stay in our house as pleasant and comfortable as possible.
We are very excited about this new adventure and with being able to offer our guests everything they need.

On the one hand we offer you a comfortable home with all the comforts of a first class accommodation.
We have free Wi-Fi, air conditioning in the living room, individual heating in each room, dishwasher and washing machine, complimentary products.
On the other hand, the incredible cellar with bar counter, pellet stove, fireplace, long wooden table, sofas, giant TV, recreation area
And, lastly, a large garden equipped with barbecue, lawn area and a charming wooden porch.

Castejón is a municipality of Navarra that is located less than 80 kilometers from the capital, Pamplona. Its most emblematic religious monument is the church of San Francisco Javier, it is a very modern construction but with a medieval aesthetic, something that greatly characterizes the area.

If you want to visit one of the most characteristic deserts in Spain, the Bardenas Reales are located about 17 kilometers away. It is an entire area made up of clayey sandstones, there is hardly any vegetation and it stands out for the beauty of its landscapes. The very action of the wind and the passage of time have been responsible for forming these true wonders. We are in an area that is not only full of natural monuments, but also architectural ones that become interesting points that we recommend you visit. For example the beautiful city of Tudela.
