As for the capacity of this house, which has 150 square meters, has space for a maximum 6 people, that will make use of:
- A pleasant dining room and that communicates with the kitchen in the background. It consists of a rest zone with a comfortable sofa in which you will be able to rest while watching the plasma television that we have on the wall that is right in front. Next, a dining room with a table wood.
- Next to the dining room we find the kitchen office bar, with wood surface and in parallel to an elongated countertop with cabinets, where you will find the set of the appliances and the outer necessary so you can enjoy cooking as at home.
- 3 double bedrooms, distributed in a way that we have in 2 of them a couple of individual beds, with sheets and spare blankets, while in the third case we have a wide marriage bed. In all rooms we have bedding and furniture functional.
- 2 Bathrooms complete, in which you will find a set of sanitary for which we are going to leave you several games of towels.

- A spacious and roofed porch, that has a wide dining table with chairs.
- A barbecue zone abroad, in front of the landscaped area in which there is also the pool with stairs.
