This house of typical Canarian style is located at outskirts of Caleta de Famara, also known as La Caleta, on the island of Lanzarote.
The town belongs to the municipality of Teguise, the second most populated on the island just behind the municipality of Arrecife.

- Living-dining room. With white ceilings and walls and wooden ceilings, the living room is designed in such a way that the luminosity fills the room through large windows. With an open and diaphanous style, inside you will find sofas in an energizing orange color arranged in front of a furniture with flat screen television. - American kitchen. In the same space as the living room is the kitchen area. Slightly separated by a low wall, you will find a kitchen plate, electric oven, microwave, fridge, dishwasher ... and all kinds of basic appliances to make your stay as comfortable as possible. - Terrace of the main entrance. In this terrraza you will have a nice garden with cactus and garden tables and chairs in wood colors. From there you can see the sea and the Risco de Famara.
- Rear terrace. In the back of the house you will find a second terrace with garden furniture and a barbecue. This terrace has stunning views of the sea and the Jable Desert.
