Our accommodation is located within the town of Pelayos de la Presa,, which is a space in which to discover tranquility without leaving the Community of Madrid.

As for the capacity of this beautiful chalet, there is space for a maximum of 8 people, making it ideal to enjoy with family or with friends, and with several floors where they are distributed:
- Un spacious dining room with good views of the outdoor areas from the large window , and from the glass door. On the one hand, we find a set of red upholstered armchairs, with a side table and direct views of the wooden furniture with the plasma television, next to the fireplace. Behind this set we have a dining table in wood with its set of chairs.
- A full kitchen, in which you will find a worktop full of appliances and kitchenware with which to make the recipes that you like the most as if you were at home. In addition, we have a window with the best views of the outside areas.
- 4 spacious bedrooms, all of them double and distributed in such a way that 3 of them have a large double bed, equipped with sheets and blankets to spare. The last bedroom is also a double, but equipped with a couple of single beds, with sheets and also with functional furniture. X
- 2 complete bathrooms, in which you will be able to enjoy the set of sanitary ware as is the case of the bathtub and shower, for which we leave you several sets of towels. X
Already in the outer zones, we have:
- Un large porch, with table and chairs, y at the back with a sofa and chill out area. X
- A large garden in which to enjoy the tranquility, and where we have the barbecue.
- A large swimming pool in which to take a bath, with hammocks.
