Casa La Luz

The Cuevas del Sur are a group of 2 rural houses located in the Granada region of Altiplano. Casa La Luz is the smallest, but also the most welcoming and the one that receives the most lighting, hence its name. It is ideal for a group of between 2 and 4 people.

The house consists of 2 double rooms, one with a bed of double and another with 2 single beds, both with exterior window and with the necessary bedding.
In addition, it has a modern kitchen with wooden furniture with a sloping ceiling, equipped with a fridge, microwave and ceramic hob. It is also a bright room, as it has a small window.
The house consists of a bathroom decorated with blue tiles and with a shower with a glass screen e whirlpool. It has towels and toilet paper.
A living-dining room acts as a hall and has to its credit a wood-burning fireplace, an air conditioner, a stretcher table, a sofa for 3 people, a cabinet with TV and DVD and a small table for 4 people.

At the entrance of the house there is a small interior patio equipped with a barbecue and a table with 4 chairs.

Some of the things that make this room more attractive are its views and its terrace with salt water pool that it shares with the other 2 houses. In it there is a series of sun loungers, both plastic and wood, the latter covered with a shade. Dedicated to leisure time, there is a large table football surrounding the pool. We also find a garden table with 2 benches with capacity for 6 people covered by a thatched roof.

The whole house has sloping ceilings and the roof is made of wooden sheets.

There are several places of interest near the house. The Embalse de la Bolera is about 10 minutes away and is a swamp that accumulates the water that comes from the river.
The Pantano del Negratín is an excellent place to practice sports activities and has an area adapted for bathing.
About 25 kilometers from Cuevas del Sur is Tíscar, a small village accessed through a winding, typical mountain road, with views of 3 Natural Parks. There is a Shrine, a place of pilgrimage. In the same town the Cuevas del Agua are located, where the waters of the stream with the same name of the town run through.
