Our accommodation is located within the area of La Matea, which is a charming corner surrounded by nature in the province of Jaén.
It is about a quiet house in a street where you will be able to enjoy the silence, while you contemplate the natural spaces that are in the surroundings.

Regarding capacity, this house that has 2 floors admits up to a maximum of 3 people who will find inside the following rooms:
- A pleasant living-dining room in which we have wooden floors that give it a rustic touch, and where a set of armchairs is distributed next to a fireplace, which look towards the furniture in which we have the television. To the side and next to the stairs, a wooden folding table with chairs.
- The kitchen is elongated and has complete equipment that you will find on the worktop and on the lower part. You will enjoy making your favorite dishes thanks to the set of electrical appliances and elements of kitchenware that we have.
- A complete, spacious and perfectly equipped bathroom with all the necessary toilets, such as the washbasin with its cabinet, while next to it, behind a wall, we have the shower for which we leave you several sets of towels.
- A spacious bedroom,, family-style as it has a large double bed with direct views of the natural areas, while next to it, is the wooden bunk bed with its ladder. All beds are perfectly dressed with sheets and blankets.

- A large terrace with artificial grass.
