Casa La Caldera

This cozy rural house is located in the territory of Fuencaliente de La Palma, a municipality located in the extreme south of Santa Cruz de Tenerife. 

This area, popularly known as Las Indias, is located just over 25 kilometers from the island's airport, so if you come from the Peninsula it won't take long to arrive. 

The house has an approximate size of 50 square meters, which can accommodate up to a maximum of 3 guests (one of them in an additional bed).

Exploring the interior of the house we find:

• Living room. With a wooden ceiling in shades of dark brown and white walls that enlarge the space, the living room is located in an open space made up of sofas in a cheerful orange color and satellite television along with a wood stove that provides a homely touch. Among the decorative elements, you will find floor lamps, paintings and rugs that combine with the environment. 

• Kitchen. Going through a beautiful double door from the living room we will reach the kitchen, where you will find a space with countertops that match the wall tiles and cupboards in a beautiful bluish color. On it, small appliances such as microwave and coffee maker, and all types of large appliances such as combi refrigerator and oven, among others. Complete the kitchen with a wicker dining table with glass and chairs around it. 

• Double bedroom. Under a high triangular wooden ceiling there are 2 single beds of 90 cm, with bedding in earth tones. So that you don't have to worry about bringing all the luggage you want, you have a large closet, chest of drawers and nightstands. 

• Bathroom. Complete the interior of the house with a bathroom with a shower tray, a wooden sink with a mirror and a toilet. There is no shortage of towels either. 

On the exterior of the house you will have access to a double-height terrace. The house is located just over 400 meters above sea level, which will not only allow you to enjoy a mild climate all year round but will also allow you to observe incredible views of the surroundings. 

In the surroundings of the house, you will find several bars and restaurants, shopping areas and supermarkets. Perfect for buying typical local foods and cooking them later. 

This town is perfect for wine fans, since a few minutes away you will find renowned wineries such as LLanovid or Carballo. 

Among the nearby places of interest, you can visit, for example:

• The Cumbre Vieja Natural Park, a protected park with volcanic areas originating from the eruptions caused by the Cumbre Vieja volcano. 

• TheFuencaliente coast, an area of small beaches with clean and crystalline waters.
