Casa Juaclo

This cottage is located in El Pinar de El Hierro, known simply as El Pinar a Tenerife municipality located in the southern tip of la island of El Hierro.

The house was originally built at early XX century XXS2. Restored for some years, retains the charm of yesterday but has been accommodated to meet the demands of today's life.

The rooms of the house spread over 2 floors en, in which there is capacity to accommodate up to a maximum of 3 guests (one in sofa bed).

In the lower floor we find:

• A diftan style living room with large windows s that let light from outside. In it you will find a black leather sofa opposite una TV, side tables and antique wooden dining table. This room has been decorated with all kinds of details, from nice paintings to beautiful lamps hanging from the high ceiling. For fans of reading, on the shelf you will find a carefully selected book selection for all tastes and a trunk with games.

• A fully equipped kitchen, with basic appliances such as refrigerator with freezer, oven or dishwasher, among others. The kitchen has an original geometric floor in water color that breaks the sobriety of the rest of the room, creating a very cozy atmosphere. From there, you can directly access the patio.

• A full bathroom, with shower and toilet bowl of . In this space the beauty of the washbasin is surprising, built on a natural stone integrated into the wall.

La soils up to clear upper floor bedroom will reach the , a space with wooden beams and which breathes an absolute peace. In it, you will find 2 single beds covered by simple bedding at the same time elegant and basic and functional furniture. From the bedroom you will have access to a solarium area, with sun loungers to relax and enjoy the sun.

In outside the house, you will find a patio surrounded by high-rise stone walls. In it you will find a small garden with crops aromatic and medicinal plants. A perfect place to get in touch with nature.

The house is located in the high part of Septum, a beautiful area from which you can enjoy incredible views of the ocean and nature.

The municipality of El Pinar is a town where you can make tourist visits for all tastes. Among the points of interest in the area are:

• Punta de la Orchilla, is the most western point of all Spain. In the 16th century maps it is designated as the zone of meridian 0, which is why the island of Hierrto is also called the island of the Meridian.

• La Restinga, an area characterized by the transparency of its waters and the beauty of its seabed, which makes it an ideal place to practice diving.

• The Viewpoint of Las Playas, where you can watch the Roque de la Bonanza, a formation of submerged rocks above the sea level.
