This house is a family heritage accommodation located in Chella (Valencia), built in the 1930s and renovated in 2009.

- Two living rooms with a dining room, each on a different floor. One with a small table and a television for rest and meeting hours and the other in an area of the living room where there is a large dining table with its respective chairs for dinners and meals. One of them with a chimney.
- Two kitchens, on different floors, fully equipped with oven, microwave, dishwasher, ceramic hob, refrigerator and other utensils for cooking.
- 8 double rooms: divided into double beds and two single beds. Seven of them have a bathroom with a hairdryer inside. It should be noted that there is a plasma television in all bedrooms, and we offer the possibility of including extra beds or cribs in most of the rooms.
- A bathroom for common use for all guests of the house.
