Description of Casa Frías
Our rural house is located in the Valencian municipality of Beniatjar. It is a rural home, at the foot of the Sierra del Benicadell, with a beautiful garden with pond and barbecue.
It has 2 floors and can accommodate up to 14 peoples, in a complex in which the rooms are very spacious and have exterior windows to the garden area.
There are 6 bedrooms, all for 2 people. Some of them have a double bed and others with 2 single beds. They are all exterior and have headboards, made of wood or wrought iron, bedside tables, seats and several bedside lamps.
One of them, with a large bed, is located in a loft, which also has a sofa bed. We have called this loft a loft and it has 90 m2 on which, in addition to the bedroom, there is a living room and a kitchen. The kitchen is American style, it is open to the living room, which is decorated with several modern sofas and round tables. Another room as a living room will attract your attention thanks to the murals and fabrics that imitate Japanese motifs.
Added to this are 4 bathrooms, which are perfect for potential visitors to share. We leave towels and a hair dryer at your disposal. Some of them have a bathtub, and others have a shower area. In addition, the washing machine is located in this space.
The living-dining room is a large space where you will find several sofas and a large table with chairs to eat at. The main thing about this room is its fireplace.
When you go outside, you will find a relaxing garden full of trees, bushes, plants and flowers. This closed area has a small pond with water and a space reserved for using the barbecue. In addition, there are several tables, in case you like to eat while getting some fresh air.
This garden has an area of 2000 m2.
All rooms in the house have electric heating.
