Casa Lucía

Casa Lucía is located in the municipality of Requena, 70km from the city of Valencia.

This rural lodging was reconstructed with the traditional historical elements in agreement with the set of the town of Requena. Its interior instead is a mix between avant-garde and tradition combining the stone walls with polychromatic walls.

This rural house has 3 floors and has a capacity of 10-12 people. One floor of the house is exclusively for bedrooms that also has three bathrooms -decorated in shades of black and white- to share. It has 3 double beds and two double rooms. There is the possibility of adding two extra seats.

On the first floor there is a large terrace with views over the city of Requena as well as the surrounding mountains.

On the main floor is the living room with wood stove. Contrast of tradition and modernity joining the arches and stone walls with colors like pistachio. It also has a large fully equipped kitchen and a toilet.

The jewel of this rural accommodation is located in the restored tower. On the top floor has another large terrace where you can see all the surrounding environment Requena.

Requena has a great geographical richness. We can visit the channel of River Cabriel o the deep gorges that the orography of the terrain has produced. It is the point of separation of the Serrania de Turia.

The Barrio de la Villa is the oldest in the municipality and the one that preserves the historical heritage of the town. The Torre del Homenaje built by the Arabs in the 10th century, the wall and the Alcazaba of the 10th century and the churches of San Nicolás, Santa María and El Salvador stand out. A well-preserved piece of history awaits you in this Valencian town.
