Casa El Tornero III

Our rural house is built in Aracena, a town hall belonging to the autonomous community of Andalusia.

With a volume for 18 people, this home with Arabic decoration is provided with all kinds of amenities for the use and enjoyment of residents.

With a surface area of 250 square meters divided into 2 floors, this residence can be detailed on its lower floor as follows:

• A spacious living room supplied with various household items where a wood-burning fireplace stands out that warms the entire accommodation in cold seasons.

• Adining room attached to the living room made up of a spacious table with capacity for22 guests where all guests can comfortably taste the typical foods of the region.

• Akitchen equipped with all types of state-of-the-art appliances such as a ceramic hob to quietly cook the region's usual meals or a dishwasher to wash dirty dishes.

• 3 rooms made up of 2 single beds each so that the guests' personal rest is as peaceful as possible.

• 2 toilets equipped with all types of household utensils in perfect condition for impeccable personal hygiene.

On the other hand, on the upper floor of the house we can find:

• 4 bedrooms with 2 single beds each so that the residents' personal rest is as sweet as possible.

• 2 bathrooms equipped with all types of household linen in perfect condition for clean personal hygiene.

The entire house has underfloor heating with cold in summer and heat in winter as well as an extraction system in strategic places in the house.

Finally, in theoutdoor area shared with the rest of the accommodations, we can find:

• A terrace with various garden furniture from where guests can be captivated by the beautiful views of this region.

• A barbecue where you can make juicy barbecues with delicious local meat.

• Anecological pool with salt water where residents can combat the dense heat of the summer season.

At a distance of an hour and a half by car from Huelva and an hour from Seville, Aracena is an Andalusian municipality with a population close to 8,000 residents according to the latest available record.

From a tourist point of view, its proximity to the Sierra de Aracena and Picos de Aroche make it a very attractive location for travelers who like to practice adventure sports on lush soils.

In the heart of Aracena and under Cerro del Castillo is the Gruta de Las Maravillas, a phreatic cavity with a great variety of stalactite and stalagmite formations. Along its route we can see twelve halls and six lakes with a distance that exceeds 1,200 meters.
