Its location is one of the strengths, because it is located on the outskirts of Granada, just 15 minutes from the city center, but in a farm surrounded by nature.

It is a house that is part of a complex with 3 more houses with which it shares the external areas. It has a maximum capacity for 4 people, distributed in a bedroom and a comfortable sofa bed in the room. But if you are more people, you can also use the rest of the complex housing.

As for the distribution of the house, it is a duplex distributed as follows:

• The ground floor has a room with its integrated kitchen. It is a very wide and equipped area. The chimney will heat the house in winter and we also provide you firewood for free. In front of the couch, and next to the fireplace, there is the TV. The sofa becomes a comfortable 2 -seater bed.

• After this living room, there is the kitchen. It is a very bright stay and has all the appliances and cooking utensils so that guests can live in the house.

• On the ground floor, there is the bathroom. It has a bathtub and the tiles are blue and white colors. We provide all towels, bedding, kitchen cloths and tablecloths that will be necessary during the days that are staying here.

• Finally, the floor above that accessed by wooden stairs, is the bedroom. This bedroom is marriage and has a dresser and a closet, both wood. If they come with a baby, child under 3 years, we have a cradle and a trona that we offer for free.

Other services found at your disposal are Internet connection through a wifi network and a parking area to make your vehicle to state.
The pool together with the washing machine area are shared with the rest of the houses of the complex. And if they want to use the bicycles, they can do it without any commitment and free, depending on their availability.

• The Science Park of Granada is one of our recommendations. It is located around the farm. If you come with children, it will be a very fun family activity, because you can visit the planetarium and the tropical butterfly among other things. You can even bicycle, because it is just 3 kilometers from the farm.

• And of course you cannot miss the great city of Granada. Walking through its Moras and Christian streets is a privilege. It is just 15 minutes by car and the most athletes, they can approach bicycle. The neighborhood of El Albaicín and the Alhambra are some of the most emblematic places. But Granada also has a beautiful cathedral.
