Description of Casa Edulis
Rural house located in the heart of the urban area of the Rioja town of Santurde, which is located west of the capital, Logroño and very close to the province of Burgos. Its location, in a quiet environment, its spaciousness and comfort make this accommodation the most suitable for spending a few days with the family.
The building was rehabilitated in 1999 seeking to preserve the traditional architecture of this area, that is, with wooden ceilings and floors, making it a cozy, homely and warm place. The house can be rented as a whole or by rooms, with a total accommodation capacity of 11 people.
The house has 2 floors among which the rooms are distributed:
Ground Floor, double bedroom, with double bed and easy accessibility for people with reduced mobility;
First Floor, with 3 double rooms, with a double bed and another with 2 single beds, and a quadruple room that is subdivided into a room with a double bed and another with 2 single beds;
All rooms have their own bathroom, equipped and in which the guest will not miss any detail, since everything in this home is taken care of with care.
The rest of the house is made up of a living room, with a wooden table for meals, some large sofas and a fireplace next to which you can sit to enjoy a pleasant conversation or the board games that the accommodation has.
The kitchen is independent and has kitchenware available to users, as well as different appliances to make the stay more pleasant.
Finally, on the terrace with garden there is a barbecue where you can prepare delicious roasts and enjoy them sitting in the best company.
