Rural house located in the urban helmet of the riojano town of Santurde, that is to the west of the capital, Logroño and very next to the province of Burgos. Its location, in a quiet environment, its spaciousness and comfort make this accommodation the best place to spend a few days with your family.
The building was rehabilitated en the year 1999 looking to conserve the traditional architecture of this area, that is, with wooden ceilings and floors, making it a cozy, homely and warm place. The house can be rented full or by rooms, with a total accommodation capacity of 11 people.
The house has 2 floors between which the rooms are distributed:
Ground Floor, double bedroom, with double bed and easy accessibility for people with reduced mobility ;
First Floor, with 3 rooms double, with double bed and another with 2 single beds, and a quad X that is subdivided into a room with double bed and another with 2 singles;
All rooms have their own bathroom, equipped and in which the guest will not miss any detail, since everything in this home is taken care of with care.
The rest of the house is composed of a dining room, with a wooden table for meals, large sofas and a chimney together to sit down to enjoy a pleasant conversation or the games that are available the accommodation.
The kitchen is independent and has menaje a available to users, as well as different appliances para make the stay more pleasant.
