The common rooms are organized in a large open space that brings together all the functionalities. A modern and spacious kitchen in the back, which is equipped with everything you need. As a connection between the kitchen and the rest of the room, there is a large dining table. A very large wooden table with chairs of the same material, enough for all our tenants.
The living room is spacious and has comfortable armchairs and sofas facing the fireplace; in the center of the room. The living room has a television and DVD, as well as musical equipment and a wide range of books with information about the area.
In the outdoor area of the house there is a fully furnished porch, with hammocks, chairs and sofas and small tables; an ideal place where you can enjoy the views of the estuary.
Our house also has a fenced garden. This space is very well cared for, and includes such beautiful plants as hydrangeas, hollyhocks, rosemary... In this garden there is a barbecue so you can cook outdoors.
To ensure the fun of our tenants, we have installed a games area that includes a foosball, a ping-pong table, a billiards, gymnastic equipment and a children's play area.
