La house dos Ballotes II se located in the Galician estuaries of A Coruña, en Rianxo.
This accommodation with a maximum capacity of 10 people , also has heating, fireplace, barbecue, garden and a large game room and playground.
The house has a total de 4 double bedrooms, of which one has two single beds and the other with double beds. Each of the rooms also has a private bathroom inside. cribs and extra beds will be added in case you need it.
The common rooms are organized in a large open space that unites all the functionalities. A modern and spacious kitchen in the background, which is equipped with everything you need. As a connection to the kitchen with the rest of the room, there is a large dining table. A very large wooden table with chairs of the same material, enough for all our tenants.
The living room is spacious and has comfortable armchairs and sofas oriented to the fireplace ; in the center of the room. The living room has a TV and DVD plus musical equipment and a wide range of books with information about zona.
In the outer zone the house a porch fully furnished, with hammocks, chairs and sofas and tables are located; an ideal place where you can enjoy the views of the estuary.
Our house also has a fenced garden. This space is very careful, and includes such beautiful plants like hydrangeas, mauve, rosemary ... In this garden an barbecue stands para air to cook libre.
To ensure the fun of our tenants, we have installed a game area that gathers a foosball, a table of ping-pong, a billiards, gymnastics and a zone of games for children.
