A Painza I

This rural house is located in Viladavil, a small town in A Coruña that stands out for its tranquility and its magnificent natural environment. It is a house with an old structure that belongs to a typical rural setting in the area and has the capacity to accommodate 6 people.

Inside, the accommodation has 4 bedrooms that are each decorated differently, something that gives a very personal touch. We found a room with a double bed, another double with a private bathroom and, lastly, 2 single rooms with a small bed.

It has a very spacious diaphanous room in which is the living room and dining room. It has a sofa and several armchairs, a TV and a dining area with a table for 8 people. This room is illuminated by a large window.

It consists of a kitchen fully equipped with new appliances that meet all the needs of the guests. In addition, it has other 2 full bathrooms.

This old peasant house has a garden and a parking, both for private use of the users of the house. To this we must add the rest of the spaces of the complex, which are shared with the guests of the other houses, such as the gardens with fountains and ponds.

In addition, there is barbecue, foosball, table to play and gymnasium machines, ideal elements to spend leisure time. In these gardens we find a hórreo, an era and a pigeon house. There is also a restaurant where you can taste the typical dishes of the land.

In the surroundings of the house, guests can visit the Pazo de Viladavil, an area full of centuries-old gardens, fountains and ponds. It has a dovecote, a hórreo, an era and different walks and natural routes. It also consists of a Ethnographic Museum.

A short distance from the house is the well known Camino Francés, one of the Camino de Santiago routes. It is an ideal place for lovers of hiking, since it is a historical place and of great natural beauty. For those who are encouraged, they can reach the end of the pilgrimage, Santiago de Compostela.

Nearby is the city of A Coruña, one of the most important sites of the community, or Lugo, also of great interest. Another recommended place is the Rías Baixas or the end of Finisterre.
