This old school that has today been rehabilitated as a house to provide rural accommodation raises its walls in the province of A Coruña, specifically in the municipality of Noia, just 30 kilometers from the city of Santiago de Compostela. 
It is a building built in the 19th century that has a privileged environment since it is located between the Muros and Noia estuaries. 

The house has 8 independent bedrooms, with an occupancy capacity of 15 to 20 people. This is perfect accommodation to go as a couple or with children since cots or extra beds can be added to each of the rooms. 

The building is made up of the following rooms:

• A large dining room located on the ground floor of the house and which is made up of different tables so that the tenants of each room can find their place and can enjoy a delicious lunch or a special dinner with the typical dishes of the gastronomy of the area. A very well-lit room due to the large windows it has. 

• The common living room of the house is also located on the ground floor of the building and is one of the most welcoming areas of the building. It has a pair of armchairs and a sofa upholstered in red that is located next to a table and in front of a piece of furniture that holds the television, a perfect audiovisual alternative for those moments of relaxation. For the cold seasons, there is a fireplace that can be lit freely. 

• On the first floor is the library, a large piece of furniture that stores a multitude of books so that tenants can immerse themselves in the world of reading and enjoy a moment of rest and disconnection. 

• 8 bedrooms, 7 of them are doubles while the rest is for single use. They are made up of both double beds and single beds, so that they adapt to the preferences of the tenants when it comes to sleep. All rooms have complete furniture and decoration made with great care. 

• Each of the rooms has a complete bathroom inside that provides guests with basic toiletries and towels, so they don't have to worry about anything. 

Outside there is a large garden with a table with chairs so that tenants can enjoy the views that the surroundings offer. Noia is the municipality that hosts this rural house located in the province of A Coruña and on the northwest coast of our country. It is a town located between the Muros and Noia estuaries and has different places of interest that can be visited, such as the Church of San Martín, its Town Hall or the Bust of Antón Avilés Vinagre. 

Another of the attractions of this municipality are, without a doubt, its beaches, characterized by their beauty and perfect state of conservation, some of them being on the list of the best beaches in our country and in Europe. The largest beach in Noia is Testal, which is one and a half kilometers long. Boa beach is one of the quietest and has a walkway that takes tourists to the promenade. 

Santiago de Compostela is just a few kilometers from the town of Noia and is, without a doubt, a must-see due to its important historical heritage, which includes the Cathedral of Santiago de Compostela and the Plaza del Obradoiro, the end point of the popular Camino de Santiago. In addition, you can visit the Palace of Rajoy or the College of San Jerónimo, as a representation of some of its important buildings.
