The rural accommodation is located in the south of Spain, specifically in the Sevillian area of ​​Écija.

In the past it was a house where the oil was manufactured and then distributed throughout the town. After a major renovation and the appropriate conditioning of the rooms, it now functions as a rural house.

It consists of 2 floors, one where all the rooms are distributed except for one of the bedrooms, located in the upper part. It also has outdoor areas so that the 14 occupants for whom it has been designed, can enjoy both the interior and exterior of it.

Among its rooms are:

• Aliving room whose entrance is announced by a brick arch. Perfectly equipped, a trio of comfortable armchairs are arranged in a "U" shape around a low wooden table and in front of the television, on a sturdy wooden cabinet. The house's wood-burning fireplace has a place here, which will provide you with the necessary heat on the coldest days of the year. The entire room has been decorated with great taste, promoting the luminosity provided by the windows with the cream tones of the furniture.

• A dining room integrated into the space of the kitchen itself, in which there is a large countertop with all the appliances that you may need during your stay: microwave, washing machine, dishwasher... Next, behind the brick arch that this area presents, as in the living room, we have arranged a large table with wooden chairs and capacity for all guests of the rural house.

• 4 fully equipped bathrooms. One of them has a single sink, using the brick to build a piece of furniture in which you can place your personal belongings. The second, a countertop with 2 sinks and duplicate mirrors. There are also showers, made of this predominant material throughout the house that acts as a screen, resembling a hot spring.

• 7 double bedrooms. 6 of them have single beds; those on the ground floor, which have been perfectly decorated and equipped with wardrobes, The furniture that we have used in combination with the ceilings, in which the wooden beam is visible, provide the room with an unbeatable rusticity. The third bedroom is a double bedroom; It is actually a small suite with a seating area with armchairs and a sofa. The stone walls in this room and the dim lighting that remains at night thanks to the lanterns, make this room a very cozy space that invites you to rest.

All rooms have heating and air conditioning.

A multipurpose room will allow you to play ping-pong, billiards or throw some darts at a target. You can compete among yourselves.

Outside the house, which is accessed through a cobbled esplanade, we find a garden with a large swimming pool where we have also placed parasols and sun loungers. The terrace, for its part, has outdoor furniture in what could be called a solarium, where there is also the barbecue to enjoy taking advantage of the warm southern climate and observing the landscape of Écija.
