Casa de mi Abuela María

The Rural House is located on the island of Iron in particular in the Los Llanillos area, in the Gulf Valley.

It is a house at the beginning of the century that keeps the aesthetics of the time, to transfer the host to the typical islander environment with wooden beams (ASD) and stone walls. The roof, lintels and windows are sabina wood.

Our accommodation is built on two floors and has an access ramp to the main floor. The house of the house is pine wood.

Part of the appeal of this house contributes it:

Regarding the facilities, the house has 2 bedrooms (one of marriage and another with 2 beds), 2 bathrooms (both with bathtub), a living room (with TV) and the kitchen is fully equipped. All decoration is dark wood and white walls.

The ground floor is dedicated to the house warehouse.

The house has a wi-fi connection that reaches all facilities. In addition, if you wish we have available 1 supplementary bed and /or cradle.

Due to the proportions of this island, our house has the privilege of being in a valley and at the same time be a few kilometers from the sea. We are a unique opportunity to enjoy the 2 environments.

In the border, a town where we are, is the health well, very popular on the island since during the nineteenth century it was thought that the water of said well cured diseases to its inhabitants and in the middle of the century the mining-medical waters were proclaimed. At present, it is a spa in which, in addition to taking baths, you can enjoy beauty or massage treatments.

If you prefer the beach, you can take a dip in the beaches of Charco Azul and visit the natural waterfalls of the area.

In the cultural field, we recommend the visit to the sanctuary of Our Lady of the Kings (Patron of Hierro).
