- A functional kitchen in which you will find all kinds of appliances and kitchenware on an L-shaped countertop that will be a very pleasant space in which to cook. It communicates with the rest of the common areas.
- The dining room is next to the previous room and has on one side of a round table with its set of chairs and a armchair where you can sit and enjoy rest while watching the plasma television that is in the furniture wood, next to a wood burning fireplace.
