Description of Casa de la Marmota
Our rural house is located within the province of Huesca, in the Aragonese Pyrenees, in a quiet town called Eriste, in the Benasque Valley.
The accommodation is located in the Plaza de la Iglesia, where you will find the best amenities, and where you will be able to enjoy the best stays with family or friends. We allow pets, and you can also enjoy free WiFi. You can find easy parking and free in the area.
The house has 4 floors. We have capacity inside for a maximum of 6 people, with 3 double rooms, the house has the following rooms:

- The entrance, which has a large closet and space to store skis or bicycles.
- A comfortable and cozy room in which we have sofas, where you will be able to enjoy relaxing moments while watching on the plasma television in front, your favorite series or movie. Under it, some wooden logs that give the room a rustic and very pleasant air. We also have some board games to be able to enjoy all together.
- The kitchen has a dining table with a wooden bench. We have a set of appliances and kitchenware with which you can make all those recipes that you like so much, and then taste them in the center.
- A complete bathroom, in which we find with a bathtub, for you to relax after touring the area, and where we leave you a set of towels per person.
- 3 double bedrooms, each equipped with 2 single beds in pleasant spaces, and perfectly equipped with bedding. Two of them are attic.

I'm Silvia, I love enjoying nature and practicing mountain sports.
My family and I will be delighted to welcome you to our rural house.
What the owner pinpoints on the property
The house is very cozy, the wood and stone give it that touch of a typical mountain house that comes to mind when you think of a rural house of a lifetime.
It is in a very quiet town but at the same time very close to Benasque, the main town where you will find all the comforts.
What to do in its surroundings?
The main area of interest in winter is the Cerler ski resort, just 15 minutes away by car.
The setting is impressive during all four seasons of the year. You can do all kinds of activities, from all kinds of winter activities to cycling, trekking, paragliding, climbing, horse riding, water activities, etc.
We are in the Posets-Maladeta Natural Park, we are surrounded by the highest mountains in the Pyrenees.
The landscape will impress you both in winter, as in spring, summer and fall.

We are in a Natural Park in which you will find environments and impressive landscapes, the highest mountains (Aneto, Posets, etc.) and a lot of activities with which you will be able to know in depth each one of the magic corners of the valley.
