Located in the quiet village of Cendea de Olza, at Navarra, this country house is the perfect place to return to the peace lost in the hustle and bustle of the city. It is built in stone and wood, style of the houses in the area, and has for the benefit of the guest some magnificent views of the region.

Built in 2 floors, this house can be rented whole, for 11 people, or only the first floor, for 5 people.

It is distributed in:

• 5 bedrooms, 4 of them furnished with a bed of marriage y the remaining with 2 single beds. 2 of the double bedrooms are located on the ground floor and the house also admits an extra bed.

• 3 bathrooms, 2 of them located on the second floor and the other on the ground floor. One of these bathrooms is equipped with a hot tub while the other 2 are furnished with a shower tray, one with static bike.

• A modern kitchen fully equipped with everything you need to help the guest with domestic chores.

• A reading room located on the second floor with sofas and chairs arranged around a television to entertain in the evenings with a movie.

• A living-dining room with fireplace in front of which relax reading one of the books in the library or watching a movie on the television.

• A porch furnished in which to enjoy meals outdoors and savor delicious barbecues.

• A pool surrounded by sunbeds to cool off in summer and sunbathe.

Cendea de Olza, in Basque Oltza Zendea, is located in the center of Navarra and is an excellent starting point to visit any point of this community. In this town of 1806 inhabitants there is a seventeenth century palace with 7 windows on the facade and an ogival portal with the coat of arms of the family at the top. In addition, of this palace the dovecot and a patio with arcade are conserved.

This town is very close to the Urbasa-Andía Natural Park, an extension of 21,408 protected hectares and mostly populated by beech and mountain pastures. It is formed by the mountain ranges of Urbasa and Andía that enclose secret corners of extreme beauty, such as the nacedero del Urederra, a waterfall that falls in a haven of blue waters.

Very close to this area is Robledal de Orgi, an extensive forest of 77 hectares that was declared a protected area in 1996. It is currently undergoing a process of natural regeneration and the best way to visit it is to follow the Local Path that surrounds, passing through the neighboring towns.
