- Orange Room is located on the main floor of the house to which it has direct access to the exterior and which becomes its closest environment in a covered porch equipped with a small set of furniture. In this bedroom there are a pair of single size beds, as well as an office made up of a table and a couple of chairs. The room has a bathroom for private use with a bathtub and basic toilets.
- Inés room with 18 m² and capacity for 3 people, which originally has a double bed, but to which an extra bed could be added, given the space in the cabin. It has direct access to its own private terrace and a bathroom complete with shower cabin.
- Lucía Room with its own bathroom with bathtub and a main room with double bed, as well as direct access to the general porch of the property where a set of outdoor furniture has been arranged in order to convert the exit of this bedroom in a small solarium for exclusive use.

In the vicinity of the coast, around the beautiful Lighthouse whose enclosure has integrated the Site of the Roman villa of Caviclum, one of the few remaining remains of the city with the same name that was located where it is now the population of the current Torrox.
This population was a Roman colony that dates its origins in the 1st century BC. and to which activities are attributed until the fifth century of our era, which is said to be one of the obligatory commercial stops on the Vía to Malaca from Cástulo.
