Description of Casa Antigua de San José (S. XVII)
A rural house that is almost on foot of the beach. The exact location is Villa de Rianxo, a municipality of A Coruña. As its name suggests, it was built in the seventeenth century, and from that time maintains a granary y one well.
Despite being built in 1660, it was restored in 2002. The rural house has 250 m2 and can accommodate 2 people 1, with views of the estuary Arasa and the Sierra de Barbanza.
The house can be rented as a whole or by rooms, depending on the number of people you are. In principle is designed para 8 people, being able to expand 12 extra beds.
There 4 double bedrooms, all with double bed and there 4 extra beds que, in case you want to bring someone else, you will be placed in the bedrooms. The rooms are divided between the first and the second floor. In addition, there are 5 bathrooms and a toilet, which you will share those potential visitors.
There is also a living room with a stone fireplace and some comfortable chairs, a dining room where you find some wooden tables with chairs and a TV , for moments of relaxation and leisure. Both rooms retain their cobbled walls, which give them a more rural climate still.
The kitchen is elongated, interspersing appliances and wooden furniture under the countertop. It has refrigerator, microwave and vitroceramic. In the cabinets and cupboards you will find all the utensils and kitchenware that we have available.
The garden os offer a space with grass and trees, a area with loungers para get some sun and a barbecue . It is a nice place to cool off on hot days or for the little ones to play.
The house has central heating.
So that there are no disputes between smokers and non-smokers, we have decided to delimit an area for the first ones.
If you need the company of a guide dog, do not worry because there will be no problem regarding your stay with you.

Rianxo is one of the coastal areas of Pontevedra. Despite belonging to this province, we are on the border with La Coruña. Since we are located on the coast, the best thing you can do is go to XX nearby sand beaches, such as Riazor, Orzán or that of Las Lapas.
In just 3 quarters of an hour you can move to Santiago de Compostela. Destination city of pilgrims, there you can visit the Cathedral, the Plaza de Platerías and the different monuments that adorn the city.
