In the beautiful council of Llanes, belonging to the Principality of Asturias, a town with a large population that knows how to maintain the tranquility and pause that is needed for a high quality of life and that we seek so much on our getaways, as well as a natural environment of great beauty around it.
The single-story façade is built of exposed stone with mustard yellow details, with wooden beams and columns and a gable roof, being a typical construction of the area.
The house is surrounded by a large plot covered by grass, with a terrace and a porch to enjoy, both furnished, where you can sit and enjoy the wonderful meals that you prepare on our barbecue.
With a maximum capacity for 6 people, the rooms inside are distributed as follows:

- A living room with several sofas and hammocks in cream tones, which combine perfectly with the pastel yellow of the walls and the wood of the furniture and ornamental details, all of them located in front of a large fireplace, built in brick, and the windows, from which you can see great views.
- A large kitchen, tiled in white and with the cream tone of the rest of the house that stands out next to the exposed brick and wooden beams. It is fully equipped with all appliances and has an office area.
- 3 double bedrooms, one of them with a double bed, all of them having the same decorative line as the rest of the house.
- 2 complete bathrooms and in perfect condition, with all possible extras and large showers.
