The common spaces are distributed as follows:
- A sports field, located in the outer area of the house and full of green areas that are intended for fun, including in addition material such as soccer balls etc, to have a great time. It has a large extension.
- Camp Fire, also located outdoors. It supposes a meeting area in the coldest nights in which to be able to sit around the fire and enjoy telling stories.
- An Olympic pool, surrounded by green areas and with garden furniture arranged, randomly, for greater comfort. Here you can take a dip in the summer season to cool off in company. It consists of two parts; one with the largest pool, and the last, with the smallest extension and intended for the smallest.
- 10 cabins in the center of all these facilities. They consist of a single plant and its facade is composed of dark brown wood except on the roofs, which are black. Inside, all the beds are distributed in an orderly manner, without lodging problems.
- 10 bathrooms that have the basics for daily personal hygiene, with toilets and washbasins on which hang the mirrors.
- Separate dressing rooms, with several cabins to change privately and also, in front of them, several toilets with their mirrors.
