The house was reformed and restored in the year 1982, retaining all its rustic essence and improving its conditions to guarantee its conservation. This reform allowed it to currently be able to become a rural accommodation.

• The space offered by the accommodation has capacity for a total of 16 people, divided into 8 double rooms. There is the possibility of adding 2 supplementary beds under request.
   
• All rooms are rented in a independent way, so that a intimate space is guaranteed and suitable for all types of guest, since they have heating, air conditioning and television.

• In each room you can house 2 people, who will find exactly what they are looking for when they are equipped with individual or marriage beds. In addition, there is a full bathroom integrated into each room, for the total comfort of the visitors.
   
• The house has other areas of common use for all visitors, among which are a meeting room, social hall, a completely functional kitchen, library and animation program.

In the surroundings of the house, visitors can enjoy nature places in which to perform all kinds of adventure activities, and some places of great cultural interest with monuments to take into account.

Parajos such as the Izki Natural Park, the Arana Valley, the Nacedero of the Urederra or the Caves of the LECE, are very close to the accommodation.

In some of these places it is possible to practice activities such as fishing, hiking, horse routes or bicycle routes. It is even possible to practice golf in the nearby Urturi field.

It is also recommended to plan cultural visits to places such as Vitoria, San Sebastián, the Castle of Guevara or of course the town of Alda.
