The rural house is located at Aldeanueva de Santa Cruz belonging to the region of El Barco de Avila-Piedrahita. It is part of the old town convent, with more than five centuries of history.
Account with two floors y has a capacity for 8 people. It consists of 4 bedrooms, some with double beds and others with separate single beds, all of them with private bathroom with shower. On the upper floor you will find three of the rooms and on the lower floor the remaining one.
On the ground floor is where there is a large rustic living room divided into two areas, one equipped with sofas and fireplace to enjoy the warmth of the fire in the cold and another a dining room with a large wooden table and a television with DVD for more entertainment while you eat. In addition, you will have all the free firewood that you need during your stay.
It has a fully equipped kitchen with microwave, oven, dishwasher, washing machine, fridge and all kinds of essential kitchenware in any room. It has rustic touches that make it more authentic.
It is ideal for groups of friends and families, as it has large landscaped grounds (including a XX) for children to play as well as several board games to entertain if time does not allow to go outside.
