Description of Balneario
This rural accommodation, located on the rivera del Duero, more specifically in the small and charming village of Bermellar, Salamanca.
Surrounded by an ancient and charming atmosphere, and simply by observing its facade, it seems that we enter the medieval era con construction in stone and wood with the patio, surrounded by the different houses of the complex.
The house has space for 6 people y is divided into 2 floors, which distribute the different rooms as follows:
For a magnificent staircase of wood and stone we come to a corridor where we can admire the wooden beams, which will extend through the rooms, and a cozy corner with a couple of armchairs branching into 3 amazing rooms:
The bathrooms, each one integrated inside the rooms, have basic X
All this could only be improved with the best of the cherries possible, bringing the greatest touch of romance with a natural therma, which serves as private spa for guests.

- The stone lounge, whose focus and center is a majestic fireplace, responsible for heating the cold winter of the area, like the robust rock refreshes the shameful summer. Next to this, in the background is a television, which we can see in the very comfortable sofa of several seats, on the opposite wall.
- The kitchen, of the same style in which our ancestors used to cook, mixes the most modern, such as a microwave, with the most ancient, like a wood fireplace. With an American bar, acting as a barrier between the kitchen area and the meeting or dining area.
For a magnificent staircase of wood and stone we come to a corridor where we can admire the wooden beams, which will extend through the rooms, and a cozy corner with a couple of armchairs branching into 3 amazing rooms:
- Romeo and Juliet, a room totally dedicated to the recreation of a romantic atmosphere thanks to its wooden decoration, dim lighting and the views that the terrace offers.
- Medieval, a fun and austere room that will leave a mark and desire to tell all our friends about the way to hang the double bed from the ceiling with two huge chains.
- Vettonia, stay more neutral than the previous two but with nothing to envy, with decoration in a wide palette of roses.

Sourroundings of Balneario
This rural complex is located in the small village of Bermellar, Salamanca, on the magnificent banks of the Douro River.
Surrounded by fields and rocks, where trekking excursions can be enchanted by the many tributaries that the Douro has, among them the closest to the village, the river Huebra. All of them we can enjoy from the viewpoints that are on its banks. In addition, there are certain times of the year in which it is allowed and the conditions are favorable to be able to refresh ourselves in its clear waters.
If we want to continue with the line provided by the rural house, we can approach the nearby and highly recommended medieval towns of San Felices and Ciudad Rodrigo.
We also have the option of crossing the Portuguese border, a few kilometers away, and change the tonic for a few moments and refresh the line of our trip.
