Balconcillo - Los Sitios de Aravalle

This rural house is located in a small village in Ávila, which belongs to the town of Umbrías. It is a romantic destination ideal for a getaway as a couple. Its natural environment and beautiful landscapes, together with the warmth and relaxation that the accommodation provides, allow guests to enjoy a quiet and relaxing environment.

The house is distributed over 2 different floors. In the first we find the living room, a charming room decorated with great exquisiteness and that has a furniture fireplace in the corner, which provides great warmth during the coldest days, a wooden desk, a leather sofa and a piece of furniture that houses a plasma television.

Behind it is the kitchen, which connects with this room thanks to a brick American bar. It is fully equipped and consists of both rustic furniture and new appliances, such as a ceramic hob, an oven, microwave or refrigerator, which facilitate the comfort of guests. It also has a small half-moon-shaped table with capacity for 2 people.

Upstairs we find a cozy and intimate suite with wooden floors where there is a comfortable double bed, a large projector with Blue-Ray and different Indian-style decorations. It has an open bathroom with sink and mirror and a 2-seater jacuzzi where you can enjoy a romantic evening. It also has a tantra daybed and a Finnish sauna to continue enjoying a relaxing stay.

The house has central heating and has bicycles at the guest's complete disposal.

The accommodation is located in the Sierra de Gredos itself, surrounded by magnificent natural landscapes and beautiful places where you can take multiple excursions. You can also enjoy the Aravalle River, which runs very close to the house, or the Tormes River.

Some nearby towns recommended to visit are Béjar, Guijuelo or Barco de Ávila, also characterized by their wonderful views of the surroundings and their rural character.

A short distance from the house you can visit the famous Valle del Jerte, where the river with the same name or the Garganta de los Infiernos are worth highlighting, where the water of the river flows down, leaving natural pools in its wake.
