Alquería de Segovia

This is our rural house. Its rental is complete, and it will invite you to get to know the Segovian town of Tizneros. It has a capacity for 21 people.

Although in reality the rural house is 2 units, both have to be rented together because they are in the same building.

The jewel in the crown are the views that you will have from our facilities of the Sierra de Guadarrama.

There are an impressive number of 9 bedrooms, 5 of them triples, 2 singles, and the remaining 2 doubles. Some communicate with each other and 3 of them have an office in the room itself. They are very spacious and the furniture is practically brand new.

In the rural house there are a total of 7 complete bathrooms with a bathtub or shower, and a toilet. They are all in the rooms, one of them being shared.

The living room is made up of a fireplace around which there are sofas and a television. The living room also has a desk and a bookcase that you can use completely normally. Two dining areas, with numerous tables and chairs, can accommodate all guests.

There are also 2 kitchens. One of them is decorated in red and white, and has appliances such as oven, ceramic hob, dishwasher, etc. Both are on the ground floor of the house, the main one is the largest one that is attached to the dining room. The other kitchen is smaller than the previous one. 

For the youngest members of the family there is a games room available with dolls, kitchen sets, etc.

The rural house includes a patio where you can play table football. There is also a terrace for barbecues and a garden area with a solarium and a children's pool. In addition, there is garden furniture.

In the town of Tizneros, highlights include its church, a sports facility with a tennis court or basketball court, and a children's playground. We invite you to our town so that you can taste a good lamb or a Castilian soup and so that you can enjoy our festivities.

6 kilometers away we have Segovia. As is known, it is the city that houses the Aqueduct, the magnificent Alcázar or the Farm. In the capital it is also recommended that you try suckling pig. 

Our town is a short distance from other towns that preserve numerous heritage, both natural and artificial, so you can also visit Torrecaballeros or Palazuerlos de Eresma.
