This accommodation is perfect to enjoy a getaway full of tranquility with all your people being ideal for large groups since it has a capacity for 18 people. 

With views of Sierra Nevada, the interior of the house stands out for its luminosity thanks to the large windows in all the rooms:

• A large lounge with wooden beams roofs, with a rustic and wooden furniture that is mimicked with the environment. Inside, comfortable sofas and armchairs arranged around a wooden table and next door, a chimenera. In the same stay a table with 2 chairs, and a television plasma hanging on the wall.

• A living room a small library with books, foot lamp, a round wooden table and armchairs leather so you can enjoy reading.

• dining room with a large rectangular table wood that joins the kitchen.

• American brick kitchen with all the outer and utensils of kitchen necessary to cook your favorite dishes in the stoves, oven or microwave which is also found here.

• 6 bathrooms, all with WC, sink and some with shower dish and others with bathtub. You will also find towels, hair dryers and cleaning products.

• 8 wide rooms. One with a large double bed, 3 of them with a marriage bed and the remaining 4 with a couple of individual beds in each of them. All bedrooms are impressive, but there are some who have a special touch because they have balcony, some have terrace overlooking the landscape. In addition, we will leave you all the beds dressed in sheets.

Abroad a terrace with views to the north face of Sierra Nevada and 2 courtyards:

• The biggest one has a covered part with the earth's work instruments as a decoration where you will find the barbecue and a table with chairs.

• The second, completely roofed and with exterior furniture. From here you can access an impressive pool and its Chill out zone with sun loungers and grass, perfect for the hottest days.

Our rural house is located in Paulenca in the province of Granada. During your stay you can visit the Oil Museum that is located just next to the accommodation and taste and buy one of the strengths of Spanish and Andalusian gastronomy, the olive oil. Nor can you lose the opportunity to visit the old oil mill dates from the 18th century.

And if you come with children, in front of the house there is a playground, ideal for them to also enjoy the getaway.

This town offers much more. You can enjoy the nature of its olive trees and the northern face of Sierra Nevada with hiking routes, riding a bicycle or simply walking through the streets of Paulence enjoying their homes and architecture.

3 kilometers is located Guadix, a region with much to see: Vistagre Palace, Guadix Cathedral, Plaza de la Constitución or El Alcazaba.
