- Moon. It is located on the second floor of the building. There are 2 triple bedrooms, a quadruple bedroom and a double bedroom, all with sloping ceilings, which can sleep up to 12 people. This apartment has 2 bathrooms, each of which has shower tray and several sinks. There is also a living room with , television and a small fridge.
- Orion. It is also located on the second floor. It has capacity for 8 people, having 2 triple bedrooms and a double bedroom. There is a living room as a common area, furnished with a large TV and some sofas. In addition, there are also 2 bathrooms with showers and all kinds of toilets. The rooms have heating for cold nights.
- The Elves. It is one of the largest apartments, being able to accommodate a maximum of 18 people. It is located on the first floor of the building. There are 3 quadruple bedrooms, and a sextuple bedroom. In each of its 2 bathrooms there are 3 sets of showers, along with toilets and sinks. It has a small living room with television and a library with some light reading volumes.
- The Gnomes. Up to 10 people can stay in this apartment. has a bedroom with 4 beds and another bedroom with 6 beds. In your living room we can find several shelves and a table with folding chairs. It is also equipped with a sofa, television, and a mini-fridge. The bathrooms are outside the apartment, in the front hallway. It has 5 showers in total.
- The Fairies. A maximum of 16 people can stay in this independent apartment. It is located on the first floor, and has 4 quadruple bedrooms. Next to the entrance there is a small very bright and comfortable living room with some furniture. Among it we can find a television and a mini-fridge. The bathroom is located outside, and is equipped with 6 showers, 3 toilets and 4 sinks.
